Hello everyone,
I am currently experiencing a perplexing issue with my computer system, and I am seeking some technical assistance to resolve it. My system is encountering random crashes at various intervals. I am observing occurrences where the screen turns black, green, or white unexpectedly. Additionally, there are instances where the screen flickers to a black screen. If there happens to be a video playing in the background, the audio output also becomes interrupted. These crashes seem to happen unpredictably – during startup, web browsing, or even gaming sessions. It's worth noting that my system can also operate without any issues for extended periods, adding to the inconsistency of the problem.
In my attempt to troubleshoot the issue, I have pursued several steps. I have experimented with both the latest and the oldest drivers for my graphics card (AMD Radeon), specifically trying versions 23.7.2 and 22.10.1 of the Adrenalin software. To ensure a clean installation, I utilized the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) tool in safe mode before reinstalling the drivers. Furthermore, I undertook a complete system format as part of my troubleshooting process. Despite these efforts, the problem persists, leaving me uncertain if I have overlooked any critical detail during my troubleshooting.
Here are the specifications of my system:
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Graphics Card: MSI RX 570 8GB
RAM: G.Skill Aegis 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB)
Power Supply: Cooler Master MasterWatt 650W
Storage: 1TB HDD Western Digital, 256GB Intel SSD
Case: Aerocool Streak Gaming
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
