Second Monitor not detected after installing Adrenalin Pro
Hey everybody
After installing the Adrenalin Pro Software, my second monitor gets the no signal message and shuts down afterwards. Its not detected in the Windows Settings and the only Solution i found so far, was a deinstallation to get my second Monitor running again.
Got a ASUS ROG Strix G153QY with Radeon RX6800M, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX, Second Monitor is an AOC Q27G2WG4
Looking forward to solutions!

It seems that the issue of the second monitor not being detected after installing Adrenalin Pro software is not an isolated issue and has been reported by other users as well. Here are some possible solutions:
- Disable AMD Crossfire: Some users have reported that disabling AMD Crossfire in the AMD Radeon software settings can fix the issue.
- To do this, go to Radeon Software > Settings > Graphics > Advanced > AMD Crossfire, and disable it.
- Check the display connections: Make sure that the second monitor is properly connected to the computer and that the cables are not loose or damaged.
- Update or reinstall drivers: Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause issues with the second monitor not being detected. Try updating or reinstalling the drivers for the graphics card
- Check the display settings: Make sure that the display settings in the AMD Radeon software are configured correctly. Try checking the "Create" tab instead of "Settings" to see if the display options are available there
- Try using specialized multimonitor setup software: Some users have reported that using specialized multimonitor setup software can help fix the issue
If none of the above solutions work, it may be helpful to contact AMD support.
