Second Monitor Is Black After Connecting

Hey everyone, I have the most annoying issue and I would very much appreciate your help:)

I have a laptop with an AMD 4900HS processor with Radeon Graphics and Windows 10, and for a few weeks now I am experiencing an issue in which I connect my second monitor to the laptop via HDMI, and the monitor shows no signal, and it remains black.
I THINK but I am not sure that it started after I updated my windows (just a regular update).

Until a few days ago I had been able to fix this by playing with the Device Manager and updating the AMD Radeon Graphics  Display Adapter or rolling it back, restarting the laptop and it seemed to help until the next restart. But for a few days now even this doesn't work. I try switching the cable, and I tried to connect the laptop to a third monitor, but it didn't work either.

The windows detects the second monitor and I can see that it is connected in the display settings and in AMD Adrenaline Software, but the screen remains black and writes "no HDMI signal from your device". I am pretty sure this is a driver issue because of how I managed to fix this until a few days ago, but I would like to hear your opinion as well.

So far I have tried:

* Using DDU to uninstall the AMD Drivers, and then reinstalled them
* Install a driver from two months ago, a time in which I didn't have the problem
* went through the forums here and changed settings in the Adrenaline Software according to past cases that resembled this, but it didn't help
* updated or rolled back the AMD Display Adapter and restarted so many times
* I even updated windows today (another regular updated) but it didn't help

If any of you have encountered this or has an idea of how to fix it I would very much appreciate you help
Thanks!
