Hey Guys,
After purchasing the Asus RX 5700 XT, returned it and bought the Sapphire Pulse RX 5700 XT.
Since then, my PC runs like garbage. Games wont play properly (Rocket League, League of Legends) but unplayable is Sea of Thieves. It won't get past the first loading screen at all. Who else experiences this problem?
I have tried all new drivers the last month. All installed in safe mode with DDU cleaning up at first. Currently 19.8.2 installed.
My setup :
MSI Z97 Gaming 5
i7-4770k
16GB Ram
Clean install with windows 1903
750Watt PSU
The most common problems in Windows are: Sluggish mouse/hanging mouse, and sluggish Youtube now and then as well.
Turning off FreeSync and Sync thing doesn't help at all.
I'm feeling very sad because of this. My PC should feel more alive than ever, but is feeling sick like a dog.
Someone PLEASE HELP ME 
Should I buy a new PSU/MOBO or just return the damn thing?
