I have a Ryzen 5 2400G PC I built a few years ago that I mostly use for light web browsing, watching Netflix, etc.

I used to get black screen flickering occasionally while using Chrome (it happened maybe around 3 times since 2018). Lately the screen flickering has become a lot more frequent, to the point almost where it's almost unusable. I think it happens more often when I scroll through pages with videos. 

I'm on the 21.10.2 drivers. Can't remember the previous driver version I was on but the screen flickering was a problem before I updated.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Ryzen 5 2400G

ASRock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac

G.SKILL Ripjaws V 16GB

Samsung SSD 960 EVO 500GB

InWin Chopin with built in 150W PSU

Windows 10

Never mind -- it just occurred to me to check the if the same problem happened in Firefox. It didn't and long story short I turned off hardware acceleration in Chrome and it seems to have solved it.
