I'll translate it for you so you don't have to work too hard ha
Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Sapphire RX 5600 XT Pulse motherboard.
Every so often, especially when I leave the PC on but not in use, I find the monitor in sleep mode.
Hit restart with reset button and windows starts normally.
When trying to open AMD RADEON SOFTWARE, it gives error pa-300 (I already did the supposed recommended solutions to this error and I was not successful).
Investigating, in "Device Management" I see that the GPU is in a "disabled" state.
After several tests, I have to select "Uninstall Device" then > "Scan for Hardware changes"
and everything returns to normal.
AMD RADEON SOFTWARE opens normally.
The issue is that it happens very often, maybe two or three times a day, maybe it doesn't happen for days or weeks.
I have tried to install the latest recommended version (the same thing happens)
I tried to install the latest test version (the same thing happens)
Update my motherboard chipset (same thing happens)
The issue occurs on both Windows 10 64bits and Windows 11 64bits.
I have tried to disable the automatic updating of drivers from windows update (same thing happens)
I've tried with different windows power plans (same thing happens).
I have tried with DDU, (same thing happens)
My PC:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
Asus Rog Strix B550-F
Hyperx 2x8gb 3200mhz
Nvme WD Black 500gb
CoolerMaster 650W 80 plus Gold fountain, Full modular.
I don't know what else to try...
