There is a laptop Ryzen Master Clone called Ryzen Controller. This has be updated to a newer program that incorporated Ryzen controller.

GitHub for Ryzen Controller: https://github.com/Ryzen-Controller-Team/Ryzen-Controller

Gitlab for Ryzen Controller: https://gitlab.com/ryzen-controller-team/ryzen-controller

LO4D gives some good info and download for Ryzen Controller: https://ryzen-controller.en.lo4d.com/windows

Here is a Tom's Hardware review of Ryzen Controller: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/ryzen-controller-software-amd-ryzen-laptop

Are the above sources can be trusted. And some of which are unavailable for 5x series.

You can trust the Github and Gitlab links. I know that Github is owned by Microsoft.

The LO4D link is new to me so you can skip that link or you have a very good Anti-Virus installed. You can google LO4D and see if there are any indications of malware at that website.

Ryzen Controller is like a "Lite" Ryzen Master but it is only compatible up to the 5000 series processors. So it should work with your 3000 series laptop processor.

Just remember that if you should overclock the processor your laptop will run much hotter so you need to check to make sure you laptop doesn't overheat.

EDIT: Looking at your 3550H Specs:

AMD Configurable TDP (cTDP)  12-35W

Default TDP 35W

Unlocked for Overclocking No

Max. Operating Temperature (Tjmax) 105°C

So you laptop mobile processor is locked and can't be overclock but you can make it run cooler by changing the TDP rating from its default of 35 Watts to 2x Watts.

Thanks for everything, Can I change my Power option setting to ultimate performance. Mine is a HP Pavillion with Ryzen CPU & Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650. Even after changing my advance system settings to custom, my startup is slow, overall performance seems slow. That too after I got all of my drivers updated still no improvement. Would changing bios settings will help. And also it is more to do with my CPU settings right. On right settings it should work smooth.
