Hi team,

I have Ryzen Master installed and AMD Chipset Drivers (X570 board). I dont use AMC or StoreMi.
It also installed this AMDAutoUpdate Scheduled task. The task pops up every 15 days which is fine; however the window never closes. 

On finally looking into it; I checked the logs (C:\ProgramData\AMD AutoUpdate\AMDAutoUpdate.log) and the updater has an error.

I checked the update Manifest: https://www2.ati.com/drivers/patch/ec1b73b4-bc2a-4ca1-8431-c514730dbd90/versioninfo.xml

And the latest Ryzen Master is version 2.12.0.2806
However my Ryzen Master version is stuck on 2.10.0.2227

I manually downloaded the latest version from: https://download.amd.com/Desktop/amd-ryzen-master.exe
Confirmed it updated to 2.12.0.2806 and recreated the scheduled task but AMDAutoUpdate.exe. 

I re-ran the AMDAutoUpdate and it still gets stuck with this error:

This is annoying as the app just hangs there waiting and doesnt go away.

Can you please fix this, or if we can fix this advise us how. 
Or consider making this a service instead of a scheduled task; or integrate update checks into the Ryzen Master application. 

Right now the work around is to disable the task since it doesnt actually do anything as its constantly in error.

Here we are a full year later without even a response from AMD.  I just encountered this issue too.  I was watching Netflix when the updater appeared over the show I was watching.  There are reddit posts about this where people were gaming and the updater minimized their games.  No responses from AMD on Reddit either.   I noticed the update button in Ryzen Master settings doesn't do anything even though there is a newer version available on the website.

I fixed it by opening Task Scheduler, deleting the AMD updater task, and uninstalling Ryzen Master.
