Good morning! I assembled a computer with Mother ASROCK A520 M/ac with HDMI output. + RYZEN 5 PRO 4650G with built-in Radeon Graphics Video.
I installed Windows 10. I updated to the latest version. I do not detect the RAdeon video device for what I download from the AMD Site and also from the Asrock page the necessary drivers and when I finish installing them, the screen turns BLACK! so I need to restart in Safe Mode and disable the driver to get the computer back up and running.
I tried running AMD Cleanup Utility, tried several previous versions of the driver but I can't fix the problem. so I can't take advantage of the Video features of the Processor I bought!. It does not allow me to run any game that requires graphic acceleration since the video device it detects is the Microsoft standar.
Please someone has any idea what I can do?? Thank you!!
