Hi,
I had a fresh install of Windows and then went on to play some Forza. It played very well with the odd freezing and stuttering. A few days later I installed the drivers and now it stutters completely, not playable at all.
I am monitoring the GPU usage and it dips to 0-10% when it stutters from 60-70%. Other games have a stable 80% usage.
Now even uninstalling the drivers doesn't fix the issue. Anyone have any solutions?
I've tried Ultimate performance power setting, no luck
