Hi. Im having this problem.

RX580 connected to LG tv. When using old games at fullscreen, sound dissappear..

Example NFS underground, Streets of rage v5 (homebrew). When I switch back to windowed, sound come back, switch to fullscreen, no sound. TV shows 480p when fullscreen on this games.

Using latest radeon drivers, but happens on older ones too. Windows 10 x64

I did some test and swap my card with a gtx970 and issue is gone. Swap back to rx580 and issue is there. Even tried a RX570 and the same.

So it´s an specific AMD problem.

Hope you can fix it.

try enabling gpu scaling to full panel and see if that helps

there is something odd about tvs on amd cards

Turned on gpu scaling and makes the 480p games upscale to 1080p and sound is working.

So, there is a problem with 480p and sound on amd drivers and TVs.

Hope it can be fixed without needing to upscale. Streets of rage scale real bad with amd gpu scaling and looks worse than 480p.

Tested nvidia card again and gpu scaling is off and can output sound at this games at 480p.
