Hi guys
i currently updated Windows to the latest 1803 and also 18.4.1, i noticed sometimes when i boot up my PC i get terrible performance as if my card is underclocked by heaps. i get 1/10 of the performance, upon rebooting the issue goes away and sometimes comes back. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
