Recently decided to reinstall windows 10, updated it and downloaded latest amd drivers. But I had huge fps drops and stutters. I tried to reinstall windows 10 again and it played really fine untill i decided to install amd drivers again (now i tried previous version of drivers). So it appeared again and I really don't know how to fix it, because i tried almost every available versions of drivers. One thing I've noticed is that on standard preset everything works fine from time to time, but when I switch it to gaming or esports presets I have huge drops and freezes again.
