after i downloaded the 2nd novmeber update for my gpu rx5500xt 8gb and went to play modern warfare 3 2023 a message poped out and said that the support for rx5500xt driver update ended , like it will be no more updates for this gpu is this true ?

As goodplay said, post a screenshot of that popup. Here's AMD's list of Legacy stuff (i.e. too old to support any more):https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-630
There are no RX cards on that list. So, the card is supported (and probably will be for years yet).
