Which manufacturer/model ? (maybe has known issues)
Do you want to post your PC specs? (only way we can help troubleshoot)
Or was this more of just a rant thing? (understandable, this is a relatively expensive card)
It's a known issue effecting many people with different configurations no need to troubleshoot when It's a driver Issue.
Just needs acknowledgment by AMD so people stop making countless threads about the same issue.
