RX 6700XT crashing

I bought this card 2 weeks ago and whenever I go for a while or sometimes randomly the screen freezes and I have to restart the PC

When I Restart the PC it gives me a message that the tuning setting is on default now because of an unexpected error and the thing is that it's already on default mode.

So what is the problem with this card ? I'm on the latest version according to the AMD Software app.

To help others better help you .. list your full system specs including, but not limited to, the make/model of your power supply

Generic things to do/try in the mean time:

Run the program called DDU to remove all past/present drivers of whatever brand GPU's you have ran on this install of Windows

Make sure you are running separate cables from your power supply to each power input on your GPU

Make sure you have the latest chipset drivers installed for your platform from either AMD.com or Intel.com

Make sure you Windows install is up to date

Check CPU/GPU temps.. your new GPU might be generating more heat than your former GPU

Make sure your motherboards BIOS is up to date

So my system is

intel i5 11600k

msi b560 tomahawk motherboard

16GB Corsair ram

XPG 650W PSU

I have already used DDU to remove Nvidia Software before installing the GPU

and I'm at the latest update now according to the AMD app

I have noticed that when I disabled the Extreme profile from the BIOS the issue has been solved 6 days now and not a single crash but I wonder why? this thing never happened on my previous GPU even with Extreme profile enabled.

and about the heat the GPU is under 60C

I have updated my motherboard BIOS but I don't know if should I enable the Extrame profile again to get the full speed of my ram 3200 instead of 2133 or not now since I'm afraid the issue might come back

Disabling XMP didn't change my freezing, only thing that works so far is using 22.11.2 drivers. So the bios update might help with enabling XMP but I would suspect which ever video drivers you are using. You can also try disabling ULPS but all drivers 23.*.* were causing me problems.
