I bought the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT as my Primary GPU, and I was wondering why the Fan Speed doesn't go higher than 3400 RPM even if the RPM meter is on the half. Is it normal or do I need to change settings to allow it to go faster. Maybe It's because I can't Tune the Power consumption over 0%
