Hi, I want to know exacly what is wrong with this graphics card, for some reason my graphics card gives me black screen, crash and sometimes uninstall drivers, windows says "windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware code 31" and when i install drivers again it happends the same thing but theres another weird thing, sometimes my graphics card didn't boot and doesn't matter how many restarts i do, it wont give my video, probably you will think it's your card that is broken, but no because i returned it and get a new one with different serial and i got the same problem in both graphics cards, i tried a few things to fix it but none of them work for me so, is this a hardware problem or its a software problem ? and what can i do to fix it ?
