Hello, have a nice day!
I have the same problem with RX 580, as I saw at others.
While I'm playing it just randomly happens, after launch, or after 10 minutes, or after hours.
The screen turns black, and I cannot do nothing.
When I restart my computer, the AMD software claims that my graphics driver are not compatible, and then I have to reinstall everytime.
I've tried so many solutions.
Doing the basic AMD's problem solve, to turn off Windows Graphics installation, didn't work.
I've tried to put the gpu's clock to its base (1257 Mhz), had not work.
Last night I became happy, when I saw with the new version 22.6.1, it work finely, I turned on Heaven benchmark for all night long, it had been running for 6 hours, when I woke up, it was still running, so I knew, that something happened finally, but then, I loaded into my game and instantly crashed (black screen).
It is so annoying, that AMD cannot do nothing with this, I think they don't really know why is this problem coming up, they say that "Enchanced Sync" can cause this, this is crap, I have never turned that on, and it just happens, also happened to my friend, he switched to Nvidia cards and that solved his problem, but I'm literraly broke to do that right now, and I really love this GPU, because it is strong, but why AMD cannot produce normally these GPU's?
Is there any new solutions?
So I've tried:
- GPU underlock
- GPU undervolt
- Disabled Windows Graphics updater
- Adjusting fan speeds (Anyway, my gpu always stays on 60 degree, sometimes it goes up to 63-64 degree, but the crashes came earlier)
Also I saw PSU problems, but mine is new, and so strong, so I don't think that can be the problem.
This problem firstly came up after the newest Windows 10 update (May 30) and since than I have a huge problem with this.
