Before you write it, I tried:

clean install windows 10, various driver versions
from 19.7.5 to 20.1.2,different graphics settings

and many other different options- nothing helps!

Here is a long known problem.

Some 5700XT cardholders suffer from it.

Defects can be found in almost every game.
Here are a couple of the most obvious examples:

Maybe all because of the problem described here:
 Texture sampling is different on RX 5700 XT? 

The problems have been known since October 2019.
 AMD do something with this, please.

I have this problem to. My spec: Ryzen 3600X; X570 MSI Gaming Plus; 5700XT Nitro+. I tried a lot of options nothing helped. I think after a couple of month of waiting, I will sell the card and bye nvidia. 

My friend with 5700XT already did this because of bad drivers.

i have Asus Rog Strix 5700xt and i m gonna sell it with 3700x
and belive me
i never buy any amd product again

I still have not stopped trying to fix it somehow. But nothing helps. 

I will think how to change the card

i contact Asus. They said they gonna pay back for Asus Rog Strix 5700 xt. YOU know asus strix 5700 xt has a design mistake. Asus says 1-2 week we ll pay back than i m gonna buy

I have this problem too, doom eternal and fortnite being the worst offenders
