Hi I have a rx 5700 xt and i use a tv monitor.
When i set up my PC i had to adjust HDMI Scaling to 5 to make the display fit the monitor.
Several months ago after a update i had a problem where the HDMI Scaling would effectively revert whenever my tv shuts off, but the number remains the same.
i waited for a update for AMD adrenaline but this has not fixed it.
playing with the HDMI scaling can fix the problem temporarily as does enabling/disabling GPU scaling for some odd reason, as does updating the display adapter.
