I just switched from nvidia to amd, fresh installed system, any ideas on possible solution?, It also uses 100 wats on 100% which is different from what I saw in other benchmarks. It also never reaches boost clocks might it be modded vbios? (crypto mining)

Found out the issue. for those wondering It was just modded modded vbios limiting gpu clock to 1400mhz
