RX 570 white spots

I bought a brand new Gigabyte RX 570 series Graphic Card and for the past week it works fine but suddenly my screen have flashing white dots out of nowhere, when i play games it shows black lines so i  try to use the Microsoft basic display to check if the monitor was the problem and it works fine (no flashing white spots) then when i turn it back to AMD driver the problem still persist. Please Help

Processor: Intel i5-9400F

GPU:         Gigabyte RX 570 Graphics card

PSU:           735W

Hello I know i am kinda late but i was having the same problem. So here is how i fixed it.

-I downloaded Adrenaline Version 20.2.2.

-Open Radeon Software go to Performance tab

-Open Tuning tab, change Tuning Control to Manual

-Enable GPU Tuning, Enable Advanced Control

-Finally set your minumum frequency(MHz) to 500
