My setup is a optiplex 390 with a 430W power supply a rx570 and a i5-2400. My problem is on startup my main screen will start blinking I have dual monitors the main with a HDMI cord and the other with a DVI-D cord. The blinking isnt taht fast it is like a 3 secounds showing the loading screen and 3 secounds a black screen. It goes over and over again for a while untill it stops once it stops I can use my computer find till I turn it off and turn it back on again and go thorugh the process again. Please Help.
