So i've been using my rx 570 for 2 years then yesterday my pc won't read my gpu after the mobo's loading screen (it's just a black screen). I've tried reformatting everything and even changed to windows 11 from windows 10, I also tried bios update but still nothing. In the device manager it can read my gpu but has warnings with its driver, i tried downloading the newest driver software but when installing, it just says the gpu is not compatible. Looking at dxdiag the display thats being used is the microsoft basic display adapter. My technician said it's just a software problem and I should wait for the newest software update for my gpu. Any thoughts? I really need my pc 😞
