Hello,
i have a laptop E590 with AMD Radeon 550X Graphics Card.
Would like to install the appropriate drivers, but i am encountering difficulties.
There is no problem installing the drivers on Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04, but when upgrading from 18.04 to 20.04, then the .deb file would no longer find certain required files.
However, on a fresh installation of 22.04 on this laptop, and installing the newest driver package (amdgpu-install_22.20.50200)
the installation would fail
sudo amdgpu-install --opencl=legacy --vulkan=amdvlk,pro
sudo amdgpu-install --opencl=legacy --vulkan=amdvlk,pro
