Rx 5500 wont cant open programs, right click, or restart
Everytime I update my drivers no matter the version whether it's through amd or windows, I can't open any programs, right click, or restart/shut down my pc. It happened once before and I factory reset my computer and it worked. Now months later it happened again and now even factory resetting my computer if I update the drivers it will again cause the same issues. I had to turn off my windows updates just to be able to use my pc.
