RX 470 flikering only in 2D

hi guys,i have Asus rx 470 8vram and random fliker only in stand-by desktop and ii derulate page browser internet or photo from PC tearing,in 3D all is good...

please help me

Try disabling hardware acceleration in the browser.

the problem is not only browser.

if the videocard not work in stand-by random fliker desktop

and i read pdf text or view photo,

in 3D not problem

Do you have Enhanced Sync enabled in the Global settings? If so, turn it off.

When you installed the drivers, did you allow 'AMD user experience' program? It's easy to do as it's chosen by default. You can check in the Wattman control panel and exit it.

Note: If you make any of these changes, you must reboot your computer before they will affect.
