RSR inactive in CS2 on 1440x1080 (4:3), Driver bug?

CS2 will not active RSR on 1440x1080 4:3 stretched resolution (1920x1080 screen) but will activate on other 4:3 resolutions including custom made resolutions (1280x960, 1280x1024, 1728x1080, etc). It seems like Adrenaline doesn't see 1440x1080 as smaller than 1920x1080, is anyone else having this issue or could test if 1440x1080 activates RSR in CS2 for anyone else?

Here's what I've tried so far: DDU'd and reinstalled 24.1.1 drivers, remade custom resolutions, reinstall CS2

Curious, why would you want to use RSR with 1440x1080?
