ReLive tab missing in driver

Hello, I have a Sapphire R7 250 1gb and im pretty sure its compatible for AMD ReLive feature, but the ReLive tab isn't showing up in the software.

What do I do? I've tried reinstalling the software, and it's updated to 21.4.1.

According to the FAQ, it's not supported on low Vram cards.

but but, i somehow did something that made me use some 2020 version of the software, and relive tab was there. but for some reason i still couldnt stream, but i could record. but when i recorded, the recorded files were too small all the time and i couldnt play them. but the relive tab was there! but when i again updated to latest software the relive tab was gone.
