I have two PC's with the same hardware except the video cards. One has a 290x from msi and the other has a 580 xxx from XFX. Both PC's are set to record at the same exact quality with relive but the end result is never the same. 580 records at 60mbps or slightly higher even tho I told it to go 100mbps. 290x only reaches 16 to 20mbps at best even though they are both set to 100mbps. What's the problem here?
