I was able to install 18.9.3 on my HP-15 DB0125AU with Ryzen 5 2500U with Relive installed and running. Though I  welcome the Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.2.3 which was long overdue, Relive didn't install on this version.

Unless there is some change that I haven't heard about...ReLive is not supported on laptop/Mobility graphics. That has been the case since it was first offered. That said, maybe it is different for Ryzen mobility chips....or offered only from the manufacturer (as before).

Was that 18.9.3 driver from HP, or did you do a hack/force install of amd (or windows) driver to get Relive.

18.5.1 was hacked with cimmanifest.xml that allowed 18.7.1 to 18.9.3 be installed. Relive work with all 3 versions. I tried to put it back and failed to do so regretfully.
