Just upgraded to an rx 5700 xt from an old geforce 1060. I did a lot of game recording on nvidia's software without any issue.
Here however, I can't seem to get the software to do what it says it should be doing.
Below is a screenshot of my recording settings, along with a window displaying what actually comes out every time I try to record, no matter what game, no matter what settings.
Even at 30mbps bitrate, the video still looks kind of fuzzy, when it should be pretty crystal clear.
I've tried both encoding settings with sameish results.

Can someone explain and/or help?
