Really nasty 9950X Bug (Stuttering with certain mouses)

So I recently upgraded from the 7950x to the 9950x (mainly for the better memory controller). And I always had the Razer viper 8khz mouse. To my surprise, after installing the 9950x I booted up Stalker 2. The game was stuttering so bad suddenly. It dipped to 20 FPS from 130 every time I turn so slightly. I tried everything for HOURS until I turned off my mouse software which set it to 1000hz, everything fixed and had NO stutters. Then I realized 8000hz polling rates on mouse will cause major stutters in games. This happened in every game I tested so far.

PLEASE, AMD fix this. This bug NEVER happened with the 7950x cpu, knowing for a fact I always kept it at 8000hz polling rate with that one with no problems. I really don't want to see the 9950x as a downgrade but its starting to seem like it with problems like this.

EDIT: And before you say my mouse software itself is the issue, even with it open and it set to 1000hz everything runs perfectly. So it being a razer software issue is ruled out. The polling rate itself is causing the massive frame drops. I know I'm not the only one with this issue, I saw someone on reddit with a 9800x3D complaining about the same exact problem.

You probably saw my comment on Reddit regarding the 9800x3D. I still haven''t been able to fix it and it's very annoying. I used to play Rogue Company and my aim was so good with the 8khz but now, I dont want to even play anymore because I have to go back to 1khz for it not to drop at all. I really REALLY want this to be fixed as soon as possible, because this bug alone makes me play less games which is pretty sad, since I was so hyped about the new processor.

Haha wow it is you. Yeah I saw. This is honestly shocking coming from AMD. Hope they get it fixed, i'll be reporting this problem if they keep releasing driver updates with no fix for this really problematic issue. I play on 280hz monitor and the 8000hz polling rate really makes a big difference.

It is kinda relieving to know that I'm not the only one with that problem. For a long time I thought there was something wrong with my CPU and thought about returning it, since I didn't see anyone really complaining about the same problem. At least now I know it's not a problem from my end. 8khz is a really big deal. Once you''ve experienced it, you really can't go back (at least in FPS games)

Let's just pray for the AMD gods to sort this out quickly.
