If you're experiencing a message saying "Radeon WattMan settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure" on your AMD Radeon graphics card, it typically means that the GPU driver detected an issue and reverted the settings to default to prevent instability or damage.

Here's what you can do to address this issue:

1. Update Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your Radeon graphics card. Visit the AMD website to download and install the latest drivers compatible with your GPU model and operating system.

2. Check for Overclocking: If you've overclocked your GPU using Radeon WattMan or any other overclocking tool, consider reverting to default clock speeds and voltage settings. Overclocking can sometimes lead to system instability, especially if not done properly.

3. Monitor Temperatures: High temperatures can also cause system instability and trigger the Radeon WattMan settings restoration. Make sure that your GPU is adequately cooled and that airflow inside your PC case is sufficient.

4. Reset Radeon WattMan Settings: Open Radeon Settings, navigate to the Gaming tab, and click on the Global Settings. Scroll down to the WattMan section and click on Reset to restore all settings to their defaults. You can then manually adjust settings if necessary.

5. Check System Stability: Run stress tests like FurMark or Prime95 to check for system stability. If your system crashes during these tests, it could indicate hardware issues beyond just the GPU.

6. Contact Support: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, consider contacting AMD support or seeking assistance from their community forums. They may be able to provide further troubleshooting steps or recommend hardware diagnostics.

By following these steps, you can address the Radeon WattMan settings restoration issue and ensure the stability of your system.
