So I have RX 5700 XT MSI Gaming X version and since last drivers update (20.4.2) I noticed that my fan speed runs to high in auto mode, providing unpleasent acoustics.
When I was setting custom curves in Radeon Software I also noticed "Junction temperature" reported there is around 112C under load. GPU "Current temperature" in the same time is around 70C under load. I've chased MSI support in that matter and they informed that I have nothing to worry about.
But anyhow it seems that Radeon Software uses exectly this "Junction temperature" for fan speed indication making them run on the allowed maximum.
Any clue for this situation?
