Radeon Software suddenly missing from Start menu

I had my Radeon Software normally available in Start menu but few days ago it disappeared. I can still reach it through file explorer or by right clicking the desktop so it wouldnt have been that much of a problem but then the PC also started to randomly get BSOD after some boots with DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION error. I heard that this BSOD can have something to do with the graphic card driver. I updated it but it is still happening just less times. Do you think the missing software in the Start can have something to do with this?

I see this from time to time since late windows 7 through current windows 10.

Right click on your screen away from taskbar or icons and AMD will be at the top of the list.

Also I found a simple reboot always brings the AMD Icon  back in the taskbar.
