Win 10, new install.
Takes at least a minute for it to launch and display on screen, then for every change of tab in there it displays 'Not responding' and have to wait at least another minute.
One post that claimed to be a fix stated to kill any other AMD in the task list.
There is no other AMD in the task list.

I say a minute, it has now been two minutes and still has not launched with screen showing.
It was slow on my Win 7, but nothing like this.
All drivers and other software are up to date.
