Radeon RX580 freezes with MSI B450-A Pro Max

I have been trying to get a new build to work for 2 days with no luck. The computer randomly hangs and freezes. Sometimes when downloading, sometimes when searching the web. Everytime I try to download the drivers from AMD to automatically detect and install the drivers it freezes up and I'm done.

Windows 10

MSI B450-A Pro Max mobo

MSI Radeon RX580 Armor X 8g GPU

AMD Ryzen 7 3800x CPU

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32g memory

Im having exact the same issue. Seems like the support from AMD is really crappy. 

I have this problem now like for 1 year or so, if you have a solution, pls let me know. Otherwise I'm going to buy a different GPU from Nvidia. Stupid AMD
