When I'm in the game everything is fine, but when I use Alt+Tab or Windows then suddenly the card reaches 100% usage and you can hear the coils. I have this with every game. My old 1060 did not have this problem.
Freesync and FPS limit options are set and enabled.
What could be the cause of such a spike in usage when the game is minimized?
