Radeon RX 6700 XT 3000 RPM fan speed
About a week or so after getting my GPU every single time I boot up my computer the GPU fans start going way to fast. I really don't understand what the problem is and for months at a time I completely forget about the noise then I remember, try to find a fix, cant, then forget about it aging. Honestly I am tired of the fans being like this
The fans are always at a constant 3000+ RPM , with the GPU temperature always around 35-42C. I could have everything closed with no process using up the GPU and still the fans have to run as if the GPU is on fire. Tunning the speed of the fans on the Adrenaline app does nothing, I tried using MSI afterburner and it also did nothing. I have no clue and one day the noise is going to drive me insane.
Any advice or solution?
My specs are:
CPU: i7-14700k
Ram: DDR5 32GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte b760 Gaming X AX

If the fans work like this before the system boots, then everything is fine, if they continue like this all the time, then this is most likely a defect
