Whenever I have instant replay or recording on from Radeon ReLive, games that I usually can run at max graphics, 144 FPS, start stuttering like crazy. After checking my task manager, it looks like my 3D is almost steadily 100%. I'm not a huge computer guy, but ask for any information you'd need to help me fix this and I'm happy to supply and try anything. I would like to be able to keep instant replay on without it hurting my gameplay.
