Radeon Image Sharpening Not Working When HDR/Auto HDR is Active

Radeon Image Sharpening (RIS) does not work when HDR or Auto HDR is enabled. When HDR is turned off, RIS starts working again. This issue occurs across multiple games, including Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Dark Souls 2.

I'm having the same issue on 7900 XTX (24.12.1) in Windows 11 (24H2; 26100.3194).

 

In Windows Settings, having HDR on by itself doesn't cause issues for me, but with Auto HDR enabled, Image Sharpening will show as not enabled in-game despite being enabled in Adrenalin.
