I have tried everything updating MB, windows, reinstalling, checking the hardware, downgrading/upgrading the drivers. On most games I get a timeout at the start after a pause/freeze but I can play most games except Horizon Zero dawn which gives me a hard crash. After that the GPU utilization is at 100% and 2500MHz and stays there even when the game is ended.
