I come to share my experience and leave my suggestions to improve gaming latency.
I recently discovered that by activating the game limiter and activating radeon chill at the same frequency in min/max the latency is reduced using freesync on, incredibly low by the way.
Now my suggestion is a new fps limiter like chill but focused on performance/latency instead of consumption and compatible with radeon antilag/boost
The old speed limiter that is still available has high latency and is very far from chill, I would not recommend it.
