I have a radeon 625 and whenever I use fsr2 or 3 it is limited to 5 fps and when I put it on vega 8 it goes and I researched and this is a driver problem I tried to update and it keeps giving a 530 legacy version and When I download it it still gives me the same problem

The Radeon 625 Mobile is a rebrand of GCN 3.0 Polaris. Vega 8 is GCN 5.0 so a newer generation. While both are technically FSR supported, it still dependent on game and the minimum requirements of the game.

When updating the driver are you using the Auto-Detect? You may need to manually select and download the driver.

I tried to use auto detect and it says I need a legacy 530 version and in Vega 8 the fsr3 works normally

Did you try manually selecting the 625 driver from the menu? This takes you to the download link for Adrenalin 24.1.1

now it's changed, it's no longer 530 legacy, now it's 625 legacy

What make and model laptop is this? You may need to get the driver from the manufacturer.
