R9 390x: amdgpu_pm_info give crazy numbers for clocks

I managed to install successfully 20.20 amdgpu-pro (openCL= legacy) drivers in ubuntu 18.04.5 (HWE) with kernel 5.4.0-54.

It seems to work fine but when I run cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/amdgpu_pm_info I get crazy numbers for clocks (42949672 MHz!!):
