Same problem here. I just got a new HP mini tower and it came with optional AMD R7 430 installed. There is no driver listed on the AMD site for this card. When I auto detect and install the software, it installs it as a R7 200 and the card runs extremely slow. Any ideas?
Yes...get the drivers from the manufacturer.

Hi ic3nfire and pem. Could you provide your device ID screens?
I also bought HP R7 430 3MQ82AA and this card has device ID:
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6611&SUBSYS_33731462&REV_87\4&2534E90F&0&0010
General video driver from amd.com doesn't have "SUBSYS_33731462" and my card detected as "Radeon 200 Series".
I think that this is not a problem, becouse this card based on Oland AMD chip and this is R7 240 actually.
ic3nfire, you mentoned that your R7 430 works slow with general driver. Could you add more details?
i have the same card i just found this on hp we will see if it works https://devicehunt.com/driver/type/pci/vendor/1002/device/6611/download/d18e5b74-4c47-4d20-a6bd-06d6...
