So, Yes you can, if both GPUs (IGPU & DGPU) are made by the same company like if you have a AMD APU processor with a AMD GPU card. BUT you must install the APU (IGPU) AMD latest driver which should also automatically install your GPU card driver at the same time.
If you have a laptop with a Intel APU and a AMD GPU Card then you need to install 2 different Graphics drivers, one for the Intel IGPU and the other for the AMD DGPU.
Some older laptops may have a Non-Supported IGPU with a still supported DGPU installed. That is why you must install only the IGPU driver because if you installed the latest DGPU driver it might not be compatible with your IGPU.
