Problems with my video card hd7970 3GB. If I install new drivers after version 17.7.1., then in the games there are drop FPS, also when recording video in OBS Studio, the recorded video very much freez. If I go back to the driver 17.7.1 - everything works perfectly. What could be the reason? I checked such versions of drivers: 17.7.2; 17.12.1; 18.3.4 - the same situation is everywhere, unstable FPS and problems with video recording with the help of OBS Studio. If I go back to the driver 17.7.1 - everything works perfectly.
